Cannot change msconfig to normal startup
WebJul 1, 2014 · After trying to troubleshoot some problems using MSConfig I cannot use the normal start-up on the general tab. Each time I try to change it from selective start-up to normal and restart my computer, it always reverts to selective-start up.
