We renamed this material "Biscuit Texture", you can rename it to whatever you want. Click on the box next to Base Color to set the base material color. Webyou can do File - Clean up - Unused datablock to clean out any unused textures/materials/objects and then you could also compress your .blend by Edit - Preferences - Save & Load - tick Compress File.
