This used to feel awfully notchy and robotic, but either an iRacing or Fanatec drvier update changed this at least a couple of months ago. It feels good enough with 0 interpolation now. Everything else on the Fanatec side at sane defaults. All iRacing in-game effects at 0 (dampening, interpolation and such).
