WebWe pooled our money and bought the Phokus cube from RE and it worked great! Trashed it by the 3rd iteration though, but 19 year olds will do that. On another note, if you need to teach RSI, the Laerdal heads are the best I've seen. Teeth could be more realistic, ditto for vocal cords but it works for getting the rhythm down.
